Chiropractic Adjustment and Bodywork $125

A focused upper-cervical–based adjustment using QSM3, detailed postural analysis, and gentle corrective techniques as well as complete full spine and sports extremity adjustments.

Ideal for: wellness maintenance, postural correction, nervous-system reset, and long-term structural balance.

Includes:

  • Postural + nervous-system evaluation

  • Upper-cervical or full-spine adjustment

  • Short integration period

Spinal Decompression $150

Weekly $380 / month

A deeper, combined session for patients who need more than a standard adjustment.

Ideal for: Depending on your examination and individual condition, spinal decompression may be considered for patients experiencing:

  • Herniated or bulging discs

  • Disc-related low back pain

  • Sciatica and radiating leg symptoms

  • Certain types of nerve-root irritation

  • Chronic or recurring low back pain

  • Spinal stiffness and restricted movement

  • Certain neck and arm symptoms when cervical decompression is appropriate

NeuroCalm Session — $400

A comprehensive nervous-system session for deep somatic release, trauma-informed work, and whole-body recalibration.

Ideal for: chronic stress physiology, trauma-pattern imprinting, emotional–somatic integration, and complex presentations.

May include:

  • Cranial sacral therapy

  • B.E.S.T.-style energetic synchronization

  • NET-inspired emotional release

  • Bio-geometric integration

  • Upper-cervical or full-spine adjustment

  • Vagal-nerve release / stimulation

  • Guided breathwork + integration

Monthly Massage Membership $95

A personalized, full-body therapeutic massage designed to reduce muscular tension, improve mobility, support recovery, and help you move and feel your best.

Ideal for: stress and tension relief, injury recovery, athletic performance, mobility restrictions, chronic muscle tightness, or regular wellness care.

May include:

  • Therapeutic massage

  • Deep-tissue techniques

  • Performance bodywork

  • Myofascial release

  • Structural integration / Rolfing-style techniques

  • Assisted stretching and mobility work
